Privacy policy

This policy covers onairtables.co.uk and the personal data its server holds.

1. Data controller

On Air Tables is responsible for the personal data described on this page. Privacy questions go to info@onairtables.co.uk. The site's operator has not named a separate data controller.

More about the site and its research team is on the about page.

2. Our principles

We aim to collect as little as we can and to keep it only as long as the site needs it. What we do collect is limited to what the server needs to deliver and secure the pages.

On Air Tables is for adults. The minimum legal age for gambling in Great Britain is 18 in most cases, and the site is not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

3. What data we collect and on what basis

Visitors give us nothing directly. The site has no contact form or message box. The only way to reach us is by email to info@onairtables.co.uk, and you choose what you send. We use what you send only to reply, on the basis of our interest in answering the people who write to us.

The server records one log line for each request. It holds your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for, the response status and size, the page that referred you and your browser's user agent string.

We use the logs to keep the site running and secure, which means finding errors and abuse. They are not used for analytics or advertising. Our basis for this is our interest in keeping the site working and safe for visitors.

The site runs no analytics and sets no cookies of its own. It uses no browser storage. The cookie policy sets out what the pages load.

Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts. Casino logos, where shown, are copies on our own server and are not loaded from the casinos. The short script on each page only works the page, such as the phone menu, and makes no requests and stores nothing.

Our hosting provider is Hostinger, and the site runs on a Hostinger KVM 4 server. The logs stay on that server and we share them with no one.

If a court or public authority required us by law to hand data over, the only personal data we could supply is what the server logs still hold.

Casino sites have their own privacy policies. When you follow a link to a casino, you leave On Air Tables and that casino's policy applies to what it collects. We do not control it, so read it before you register or deposit.

5. Transfers outside the UK

The site is hosted on a server in Germany, which is outside the UK. The server logs described above are held there.

The site collects no other personal data, so there is no other transfer to describe.

6. Retention and data security

The server logs are rotated daily and kept for 14 rotations, then deleted, so a log line lasts about 14 days. The site holds no other personal data, so there is no other retention period.

We protect the logs by keeping them on the server and passing them to no one. That is the only protection we describe here. We would rather say less than claim a measure we cannot document.

7. Your rights

UK data protection law gives you rights over personal data held about you. In plain words, you can ask whether we hold data about you and ask for a copy. You can ask us to correct it or to delete it, and you can ask us to limit how we use it or object to how we use it.

To use a right, email your request to info@onairtables.co.uk. Log lines are deleted automatically, so a request about an old visit would find nothing.

8. Right to complain

If you have a concern about how your personal data is used, the UK's privacy regulator is the Information Commission's Office (ICO).

The ICO sets out two steps. First: “In most cases, we recommend that you raise your concern with the organisation first and give them a chance to put things right.” Then: “If you’re unhappy with the organisation’s response, you can then complain to the ICO.” The first step is not yet possible with this site, for the reason given under your rights, so you may go to the ICO directly.

The ICO's phone number is 0303 123 1113.

9. Changes to this policy

We post any change to this policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Changes to how you may use the site are set out on the terms of use page.
