Terms of use
These terms cover your use of On Air Tables, a site that sets out what live casinos offer and the terms they state.
1. Nature and purpose of the content
On Air Tables is an information site. It is not a casino, it takes no bets and it holds none of your money.
We describe live casino games, the studios that make them and the casinos that offer them to UK players. Any bet you place is placed with a casino under its own rules, never with us. You can read more about the site on the about page.
2. Age limit and regional suitability
This site is for adults: you must be 18 or over to use it. As the Gambling Commission states, in most cases the minimum legal age for gambling in Great Britain is 18.
These pages are written for UK players. Gambling law, and the law on advertising gambling, differs from one country to another, and the law where you live decides whether you may use a casino at all. Checking it is your responsibility, and you should do it before you play.
3. Accuracy of information
The figures on this site are the terms each casino states, as the pages were last updated. A casino can change its terms at any time, so read its own terms before you deposit.
Our team tests these casinos and checks every fact on a page before it is published. We list only casinos that are on the Gambling Commission register, and we check each one there. The method is set out on the page about how we rate live casinos.
4. Intellectual property
The text, layout and design of this site belong to On Air Tables. You may read it and share a link to it. You may not republish it as your own work without our permission.
Casino names, studio names, game names and logos belong to their owners. We show them to say which casino, studio or game we mean, and their appearance here does not mean the owner endorses this site.
5. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and for your own information. Do not try to interfere with it, overload it or reach any part of it that is not public. Do not use automated tools to copy its pages in bulk, and do not suggest that we endorse you or your service.
We may restrict access for anyone who breaks these terms.
6. External links and affiliate links
Some pages link to casinos and other sites that we do not run. We are not responsible for what those sites say or do, and their own terms apply once you leave On Air Tables.
A link on this site may earn us a commission. That does not change the facts we publish or the way we rate casinos. The affiliate disclosure says whether any link pays the site today.
7. Limitation of liability
We take care over what we publish, but the site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is free of error or always available, and it is not advice on what to do with your money.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on this site, from a casino's service or from a link to another site. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Responsible gambling
If gambling is causing you harm or worry, stop and ask for help. The National Gambling Helpline is on 0808 8020 133 in England and Scotland, and the NHS Wales Helpline is on 0808 2819 265 in Wales. Gamstop blocks you from gambling websites and apps licensed in Great Britain once you register.
Our responsible gambling page has the full list of help services. Nothing on this site is a way around a self-exclusion.
9. Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may change these terms. A change takes effect when we post it on this page, and the date at the top of the page shows when the terms were last updated. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the terms as changed.
These terms sit alongside the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
