Guide
Evolution live casino studio
Evolution makes live casino games and runs the studios that stream them, for licensed operators to offer to players. The company is Evolution AB (publ), and it describes its work as interactive entertainment. Its range runs from live roulette, blackjack and baccarat tables to game shows such as Crazy Time, MONOPOLY Live and Dream Catcher. Evolution's own pages are the source for every fact about the studio here. Our team tests and checks every fact against those pages and the casino pages in our research.
What Evolution makes
Evolution's games site groups its output into live casino, game shows, First Person, RNG and slots. The live casino range covers roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and craps tables. The game show range includes Crazy Time, Mega Ball, MONOPOLY Live, MONOPOLY Big Baller and Lightning Roulette.
Crazy Time is a money wheel show with a live presenter, and its page says it launched in July 2020. In MONOPOLY Live a host spins a large wheel and the player predicts which segment it stops on. Some segments start a bonus round in which Mr. MONOPOLY moves round a 3D board. XXXtreme Lightning Roulette adds random multiplier numbers to each roulette round, with multipliers from 50x to 500x and a top figure of up to 2,000x.
The group trades under several brands: Evolution, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Ezugi, Big Time Gaming, Nolimit City, Sneaky Slots and DigiWheel. Evolution and Ezugi are its live dealer brands. NetEnt, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming and Nolimit City produce its slots. Each show has its own rules, and our page on live casino game shows covers how they play.
Studios and licences
Evolution's locations page says it runs studios across Europe, North America, South America and Asia, each built to meet local regulatory requirements. In Europe these are Armenia, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania and Spain. In North America they are Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey and Pennsylvania in the USA, and British Columbia in Canada. The Philippines is the Asian location. Latin America has Argentina, Brazil and Colombia. Across the network it operates over 2,000 live tables for licensed operators worldwide.
Three production hubs form the backbone. Riga in Latvia is a development and launch hub where many new games are created and tested before release. The Malta studio is home to presenter teams who run native-language tables, including for Denmark and Sweden. Tbilisi in Georgia is the largest studio hub. Evolution also runs Dual Play tables inside land-based casinos in the United Kingdom, Malta, Romania and the United States, linking physical tables with online players in real time.
Its licence line, word for word: "Evolution Malta Holdings Limited is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission (GB) under account numbers 41655." The same page says Evolution Gaming Malta Limited is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence MGA/CRP/187/2010/01.

UK casinos that list Evolution
Every casino on this site holds a Gambling Commission licence. Of the eight casinos our team has rated, five have pages that name Evolution:
- The providers list at Grosvenor Casinos includes Evolution Gaming.
- The game show list at LeoVegas labels Crazy Time Live, Stock Market Live, XXXtreme Lightning Roulette, Crazy Pachinko Live and Crazy Coin Flip Live as Evolution.
- Providers at Casumo include Evolution and Evolution Gaming, and its game shows include Dream Catcher.
- The live lobby note at Unibet credits Evolution with its live roulette, live blackjack, Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time.
- The live lobby at BetMGM lists Evolution as a provider, with 143 games beside it, and labels Disco Balls, Crazy Time Live, Ice Fishing Live, Live Mega Ball and Crazy Balls Live as Evolution.
The pages of William Hill, Mr Vegas and 888casino do not name Evolution, so they are counted here and not credited. Mr Vegas does list Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Lightning Roulette, which Evolution's own pages name among its game shows.
Play within your limits
Set your deposit, loss and time limits before you start, not during a session. Live rounds and game show spins come quickly, so set a session time as well and keep to it. A bonus round or a large multiplier on screen is never a reason to raise a limit or chase a loss. Every round is independent. You must be 18 or over to play.
The casinos named above state these tools on their own pages:
- Grosvenor Casinos: net and gross deposit limits, take a break, self exclusion, reality check and game session reminders.
- LeoVegas and BetMGM: time-outs, reality checks, daily, weekly and monthly deposit and net deposit limits, and loss, stake and session limits, plus the option to exclude yourself.
- Casumo: wagering, loss and deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion.
- Unibet: deposit limit, net deposit limit, product block and self exclusion.
Gamstop blocks every site licensed in Great Britain at once: once you register, you are blocked from gambling websites and apps licensed in Great Britain.

Questions
Is Evolution licensed in Great Britain?
Yes. Its licences page lists a Combined Remote Operating License from the United Kingdom Gambling Commission. The same page lists approvals in many other markets, among them Malta, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, Sweden and Denmark, because gaming regulation differs from one country to the next.
Is Evolution a casino?
No. It sells to casinos rather than to players, and its licences page calls the operators its customers. Where a market requires B2B licences, Evolution holds the approvals as a supplier. Where only operator licences are required, regulation reaches Evolution through its partners.
