Grosvenor Casinos is a Gambling Commission licensed casino with live tables and a short list of live game shows. Its welcome offer leans towards slots, which matters if you mainly play live.
Our team tests and checks every fact on this page. Each one comes from the casino's own pages, read on 12 October 2026.

Live tables and studios
Grosvenor Casinos runs a live casino section beside its slots and jackpots. Its table games page lists live tables with table limits shown as stake ranges: £0.20 to £2000, £0.10 to £10,000, £0.10 to £5000, £0.20 to £1,000, £1.00 to £1,000, £0.10 to £10 and £0.10 to £250. The page does not say which range belongs to which table, so check the limits shown on a table before you join it.
The casino names Playtech iPoker Network, Evolution Gaming, Blueprint and Playtech as providers across its pages. The Playtech iPoker Network line comes from its poker terms, so it describes poker. No count of live tables appears on its pages, and none names the provider of each one. Our guide to the live casino studios covers the studios behind live tables in general.
One rule from its FAQs applies to every live game. If you lose connection and cannot re-connect to the table, the game plays out on your last action, and any winnings are credited to your account.
Game shows
The live casino page names these game shows: Live Deal or No Deal, Monopoly Live, Live Crazy Time and Live Dreamcatcher. For how these shows work in general, see our guide to live casino game shows.
Welcome offer and live game wagering
The welcome offer is a £40 bonus and 100 free spins. To qualify, select the offer in the cashier and make a first deposit of at least £20. It is not available to new accounts whose first deposit uses PayPal or Paysafe.
The wagering is 10x on the qualifying deposit (£20) plus the bonus (£40), and it must be met before winnings can be withdrawn from the bonus balance. The game contribution table on the offer page reads: slots 100%, all live casino games including game shows 10%, jackpot and progressive games 50%. Live play therefore clears the wagering slowly. No maximum bet figure appears on the offer page.
Players have 30 days from the day the bonus is added to meet the wagering, and the remaining bonus balance is then forfeited. The most that can be converted from bonus to cash is £200.
The 100 free spins are for one slot, Big Bass Splash, at £0.10 a spin. They carry 10x wagering on winnings, must be used within 7 days of being claimed, and the maximum win is £100. To see how other casinos set live wagering, read our live casino bonuses page.
Deposits and withdrawals
The payment page lists Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Paysafecard, Apple Pay, Trustly and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is £5, and the currencies are £ and €.
The payment page says most withdrawals are processed instantly and paid into your bank within 15 minutes. Our record marks bank transfer as a withdrawal method, and the casino asks for proof of identity on a first bank transfer withdrawal.
On fees, the general terms say Grosvenor never charges fees on withdrawals. The account terms reserve the right to charge a processing fee of not more than £5 on bank transfer withdrawals. Check the cashier before you withdraw.
No withdrawal limits figure appears on its payment pages.
Licence and company
Every casino on this site holds a Gambling Commission licence. For Grosvenor Casinos, the about page says it is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 57924, for GB customers playing on its online sites.
The website is operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd, a company incorporated in Gibraltar with registered number 120385. It belongs to The Rank Group Plc group of companies.
For complaints, the terms point GB residents to an alternative dispute resolution service, the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS).
Pros and cons
Pros
- Welcome offer wagering of 10x on deposit plus bonus
- Live chat, stated as 24/7
- Apps on the App Store and Google Play
Cons
- Games scores 2 of 5 in our rating: over 300 online games, the casino's own claim (no exact count)
- Account and safety scores 3 of 5 in our rating: no active licence register status found on its pages
- The account terms reserve a withdrawal fee of not more than £5 on bank transfers, while the general terms say withdrawals carry no fees
Our rating is 3.4 out of 5. It is scored on five of six criteria, and VIP and loyalty is left out of the score.
Play within your limits
Set deposit, loss and time limits before you play, not after a bad run. Live rounds and game show spins come quickly, so set a session time as well and stop when it ends.
Grosvenor Casinos states these tools: net deposit limits, gross deposit limits, take a break, self-exclusion, reality checks and game session reminders. Its terms say a self-exclusion may, at your discretion, apply to all of its Grosvenor clubs and websites.
A bonus, or a big multiplier on screen, is never a reason to raise a limit or chase a loss. Players must be 18 or over.
Gamstop blocks every online site licensed in Great Britain at once, once you register. Gambling businesses must also run their own self-exclusion arrangements.
